How can I check if my emails were sent out?

Want to make sure your emails were sent out? Here's how you can go back and check:

Step 1: Navigate to the Email Center

  • On the participant center dashboard, click SEND EMAIL on the purple navigation bar.
  • Towards the bottom of the page, click Click to send email through your participant center ⤵.

Step 2: Navigate to the SENT section

  • Click SENT on the email navigation bar.

You will be able to see:

  • Whom you sent emails to.
  • The date each email was sent.
  • The message you sent.
    • To view the full email that was sent click on the subject line or email address.
